The Brickyard development will regenerate a key site within East Ham, and provide new retail space and 98 new homes, situated around a elevated courtyard garden. Formerly a carpark, the scheme will activate the long absent street-frontage on the two main thoroughfares in East Ham (Barking Road and High Street) anchoring the southern end of the high street. The commercial space comprises a ground floor retail  unit, a first floor gym and ground floor café/restaurant unit.
