We’ve transformed a former garage site into nine 3-bed homes for London Affordable Rent in central Plaistow. The modern terraces all have their own private gardens, meeting the need for quality family homes in the borough. Doherty Road is a quiet side street and as part of our work, we’ve also invested in improving the streetscape. The first residents moved in during December 2021.

These homes are let at London Affordable Rents to those on Newham Council’s housing waiting list in accordance with the Council’s nominations policy.
