The Romford Road scheme consists of seven flats, built on what was previously an empty lot along this main road through the borough. All of the flats are double aspect, if not triple aspect. This development will bring much needed homes to Newham residents.
These homes are to be let at London Affordable Rents and will be available in due course to those on the Newham housing waiting list in accordance with the Council’s nominations policy.
