We’re growing fast – the Populo Living Group has now built 754 homes and manages 795 homes, we've also delivered a further 75 later living homes for Newham. 251 of these homes are managed by Populo homes, our social housing provider; following our pledge to build affordable homes for Newham.

Many of our meanwhile projects on the Carpenters Estate include repurposed and salvaged materials, and we're still looking for more for our conversion of the old tenant management office into a new functional space.
