We’re growing fast – the Populo Living Group has now built 754 homes and manages 795 homes, we've also delivered a further 75 later living homes for Newham. 251 of these homes are managed by Populo homes, our social housing provider; following our pledge to build affordable homes for Newham.

At Populo Living we are committed to reaching net zero carbon by 2030. We published our original Zero Carbon Roadmap in 2022, and are working to update it currently.
This will set out how we achieve this goal up to - and beyond - 2030, to ensure we become the most sustainable landlord in Newham, and go on to have a net gain in environmental benefits for all our developments.
