Newham, in partnership with Populo Living, are keen to explore all available options to deliver much needed affordable housing.

Airspace development is one way in which the council creates much needed affordable new homes whilst modernising and improving existing properties, by creating additional floors on existing low-rise buildings. Work will be combined with retrofitting measures to improve the whole building's performance.

Planning Permission granted for tow projects - but currently on hold.
