Bridge Road is complex site in Stratford with multiple landowners, that Populo has supported Newham Council in unlocking. Hollybrook will be advancing Grid Architects' plans for the site to create 179 new homes, which has taken three years to get to this point due to the multiple land owners at the site. 

While not providing delivery management services, Populo will be working with Newham to provide project oversight as Hollybrook progresses the scheme.
