Carpenters Primary School is being redeveloped with a new, fully inclusive building designed to expand to three-form entry as the estate and wider community grows. Led by Populo Living with a team that includes architects Maccreanor Lavington, Root and Erect, and Blue Iris Partnership, the project also includes over 100 new homes to help fund the school’s replacement. Public consultations have shaped the evolving designs, and the existing school will remain open throughout construction with minimal disruption for pupils, staff and families.
