Lund Quarter is Phase 2 of the Carpenters Estate regeneration, delivering hundreds of new homes alongside new commercial spaces and greatly improved green areas & public realm. Led by Populo and a design team headed by Hawkins\Brown and Fisher Cheng, the project is shaped through ongoing community engagement to ensure residents’ feedback informs the evolving plans. Consultation events, display boards and online materials help keep the community updated as this major new chapter for the estate progresses.
