Living in a Populo property

Populo has two types of tenants. If you are renting an affordable property you landlord is Populo Homes, the groups Registered Provider. If you are renting a market rent home privately then your landlord is Populo Living.

All of our affordable properties are allocated from the council's housing list - you can find out more, including how to join Newham's Housing Register, here.
