Lund Quarter consultation shares latest concepts

The design partners for Lund Quarter led by architects Hawkins\Brown held their second public consultation in July on the emerging designs for the Lund Quarter - Phase 2 of the Carpenters Estate regeneration.
With the project overseen by Populo, the design team shared their work so far, taking on board previous feedback and revisions required by the changing landscape around the Building Safety Act.
Residents and the wider community were invited to attend with an opportunity to ask questions and share opinions to further shape the designs. Hawkins\Brown is leading a design consortium that includes Bell Phillips, Fisher Cheng and Grant Associates. Read about the appointment of the design team here.
Phase 2 of the Carpenters Estate regeneration is the first significant new construction phase of the regeneration, bringing 500 new homes to Newham as part of Lund Quarter. This phase also includes the renovation of the existing Lund Point tower, as well as the creation of new commercial space and extensive public realm.
