Community Partnerships

We form community partnerships by working closely with local organisations, residents and stakeholders to understand local needs and deliver projects that support wellbeing, opportunity and long‑term community benefit.

From Support to Skills, Building Stronger Communities

Social Ark and E6 Sisters deliver a joined-up programme at The Dovetail that supports children, young people, and families through inclusive activities, practical support, and skills development. Social Ark provides safe, structured, and youth-led sessions focused on confidence-building, creativity, physical activity, life skills, and informal mentoring, helping young people engage positively while reducing risk-taking behaviours. Complementing this, E6 Sisters Community Pantry & Skills Hub supports residents through food provision, digital and practical skills training, community meals, volunteering, and youth engagement, with a shared aim of restoring dignity, building confidence, and enabling residents to move from surviving to thriving, while aligning with local prosperity and Community Wealth Building objectives.

Social Ark

Social Ark delivers inclusive, youth‑led and family‑focused activities at The Dovetail community, creating safe and structured spaces where young people can build confidence, develop skills, and engage positively with their peers and wider community.

E6 Sisters Community Pantry

In Q1 2025 a new partnership was established with E6 Sisters and The Dovetail.  For some time, we have endeavoured to deliver digital skills workshops as part of our offering to the Carpenters Community and E6 Sisters came at the right time. Together this will help equip the upskilling of residents and align with the prosperity aspect of our Community Wealth Building strategy.
