Conversion & Retrofit
Making the most of council-owned assets, Populo Living has worked with Newham to deliver new homes on under-utilised sites. These including retrofitting a row of old cottages and a Victorian fire station, which includes a new coffee shop, to the conversion of an old town hall.
Populo transformed the Art Deco Town Hall Annexe to create 37 home for rent, while extending the building with a contemporary two-storey extension to secure a better result from the asset.
