Low-rise housing
Every council in the UK has infill sites, such as former garages, where low-rise housing using a terraced approach makes an ideal solution for new homes. These sites also lend themselves to small apartment blocks or a combination of both where appropriate, such as our Baxter site. Populo Living has delivered many different versions of such sites, with each new iteration offering scales of economy as we take an iterative approach to design and construction.
