Plaistow Hub's two buildings, London Road and Valetta Grove, are 23 and 15 floors respectively. Delivering high-rise in a busy urban area required a suite of skills from the Delivery Management team, combined with public realm and additional commercial buildings to create a new community hub for Plaistow with exemplary placemaking.
