Delivery Management Services

Delivering every stage of development

Populo Living Group has delivered nearly 1,000 homes, with over 450 more currently on site, and 1,000s more in Newham Council's pipeline.

We use commercial gain for social good to maximise the volume of affordable homes we deliver on any site, making the best use of public sector land. All of our developments are built to high standards of design and construction, creating new homes, neighbourhoods and growing communities.

We've built everything from houses, to low-, medium- and high-rise developments, including commercial opportunities and public realm green spaces, and even a fully affordable later living scheme for Newham Council.
