Our model allows the local authority to keep control of its own land while delivering high-quality, low-carbon homes and neighbourhoods. Because we operate as a landlord and asset manager for most of the developments we deliver, we understand the importance of investing in design and quality for the long term.
To ensure value for money we benchmark against comparable development projects, and our systematic approach uses Gateways to take a site through from a viability assessment to the completed development.
