Replacing an obsolete council asset, Populo Living delivered the 75 home affordable later-living scheme, complete with an on-site health centre.

Designed by award-winning architects MAE to HAPPI Principles, the 55 x 1-bed and 20 x 2-bedroom apartments were designed to offer under-occupying social tenants in unsuitable housing to downsize and enjoy the benefits of living in a tailor-made community.
