Making the most of council-owned assets, Populo Living has worked with Newham to deliver new homes on under-utilised sites. These including retrofitting a row of old cottages and a Victorian fire station, which includes a new coffee shop, to the 37 home Town Hall Annexe, which benefits from the addition of two new floors.
