Renting with Populo Living is easy. Because we understand the everyday challenges of living in and looking after a rented home, we’re determined to do things differently.
We manage all our developments, taking responsibility for the homes and the public spaces. So if things need fixing, we’re there on site quickly, and all our residents know that they only have to deal with us. We respond to your queries within one working day – and if we can’t solve them immediately, we’ll be clear about what we propose to do and when.

Customer feedback suggests we’re doing well, as does the proportion of residents who choose to stay at the end of their tenancy, but we know we can always do better.
