Next steps in Carpenters Estate renovation

We are delighted to be confirmed as Newham’s key delivery partner in the council’s ambitious renovation of Stratford’s Carpenters Estate. We will be appointed to run Development Management Services for The Carpenters Estate, Stratford and for the next stage of work for the estate’s renovation. We will be working closely with the Council and residents to co-design a viable and deliverable development plan.
Options for the estate have been developed over the past year. We will join forces with residents to produce a final viable masterplan to regenerate the current estate which will contain a clear ambition to ensure that it is restored into a thriving and vibrant neighborhood fully integrated into the Stratford area. The masterplan will set out the plan for delivering much-needed new homes for Newham residents.
Final plans will be put to public ballot before preparing the preferred option to secure planning permission.
