Populo on multiple award shortlists

Posted 19 September 2023

Just like buses, award nominations seem to come along all at once!

Three of our projects have been shortlisted for prestigious industry awards.

We’re in the running for two New London Architecture Awards: our conversion of the Grade II-Listed Old East Ham Fire Station into seven London Affordable Rent homes for those on Newham's housing waiting list; and James Riley Point refurbishment project (part of the Carpenters Estate masterplan) have both been shortlisted for the 'Retrofit' category for the New London Architecture 2023 Awards.

To view the full shortlist and to vote for the People's Choice, see the NLA website: https://nla.london/awards/new-london-awards-2023-shortlist

In the last few weeks we were also proud to announce The Didsbury has been nominated for the 'Best Build to Rent Development Award', for the inaugural Love to Rent BTR Awards 2023 and the Old East Ham Fire Station has also been selected as one of the finalists for this year's Architect's Journal Architecture Awards 2023.
