Manoj and Seema - The Tanneries

The couple are incredibly pleased with the service they have received from Populo Living. “The team is always quick to help and we get a much higher level of service than we have had in previous properties. They have a really easy online system to manage the whole (tenancy) process.”

While Populo’s standard protocol is to respond to a query within a day, Manoj said he has always received a response on the same day. “I can tell that good communication is really important to Red Door. And so is safety and security - which is good, especially when you have children. Red Door is always innovating, surveying residents to ensure they are happy with the service - as well as checking in on people.”

Every Populo development has a property manager. At The Tanneries, its Olivia and she is on first name terms with pretty much all of the 36 families living here. Olivia explains, “Its great to hear how happy Manoj and Seema are with how we manage The Tanneries. Its lovely to get to know our tenants. We don’t want to be a faceless developer. Having a personal interest in our buildings and our tenants is so important. ”

We end our conversation with a delicious cup of chai tea as Manoj and Seema share stories of their life together. It is obvious that they are a close knit family and really love living in The Tanneries. As Manoj testified, “We are really proud of our home. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in London. It will be a sad day when we leave this house.”
